How to use this website?
First time: register by simply providing a full name, an email and a password.
Next times: log in directly using your email and password.
Once logged in, start a new ticket for every new conversation with us. (A ticket is a discussion between you and members of our staff. Starting a new ticket is sending us the first message of this ticket.)
After sending your message, you will receive an answer and you will be able to follow the discussion through this support till your problem is solved.
