This pack includes the Inventif software which license is valid for one inventory and assets management team. Inventif is meant to be installed on a PC. This is the program which hosts the inventory databases, on which locations, categories and fixed assets are created, from which identification labels and reports can be laid out and printed, from which searches can be performed, data imported and exported, etc.
The Opticon OPH barcodes reader terminal is a handheld terminal with a display and keys. We install the Exnihilo program in it before shipping. Exnihilo is the program for taking inventories in the field by reading barcodes. With Exnihilo it is also possible to enter assets information using reserved barcodes, for example the state of an asset or its serial number. This device guarantees productive work thanks to its specialization and ease of use: no other functionality interferes with the work in progress.
The Zebra ZD421t printer is fast and prints labels on rolls. On a roll, with strips that can be cut, labels are easy to classify and to take off for an efficient sticking plan.
The pack includes five auto-adhesive label rolls (5000 labels) and two resin thermal transfer ribbons (with one ribbon, 3000 labels can be printed).
