Inventif is a software for physical inventory taking and fixed assets management and tracking. Fixed assets are everywhere, in all sorts of organizations either small or large: communities, state, industrial and commercial companies, offices, health establishments, theaters, hotels, entertainment facilities, real estate...
Inventif is based on barcode technology to uniquely identify inventory assets and locate them. With Inventif, barcode self-adhesive labels can be printed on demand on a desktop printer, reports can be generated and printed at any moment. Assets can be managed throughout their life from their entry into the inventory to their exit from it. An embedded alerts system can be set up to plan maintenance operations on any item.
