Bluebird VF550 Android terminal with Movintory 2

The Bluebird VF550 terminal is a rugged handheld computer with a imager scanner for reading barcodes and 2D codes (like QR codes). Its operating system is Android. The user graphical interface is an Android-like interface. The screen is touch sensitive with a software keyboard. It has lateral triggers that can be pressed to activate the 2D imager scanner for reading codes. The robust cradle allows the recharging of the battery as well as the transfer of data. This device, with its integrated scan engine and its side trigger codes reading activation, brings enterprise quality scanning to you: efficiency and comfort (moderate muscle exertion, wrist-posture friendliness). Simply point the code (the target area gets illuminated with a red halo with a central red dot) and shoot.
The Movintory 2 program is installed in this device. This program allows to take inventories and manage items in the field . Data coming from the Inventif software can be embedded inside the terminal so that item cards are available and can be modified. For example, updating the state of an item can be an appropriate operation to perform in the field. Also, sometimes serial numbers can be scanned to enrich the item card. Photographs can be taken and associated to items. However, we advise to limit this addition of field information which is very time consuming.
